When you hire Local Garage Solutions, we stand behind our work. Every repair, installation, and service call comes with a commitment to quality, and we back that up with clear warranty coverage and a satisfaction guarantee you can actually count on.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, let us know within 30 days of service and we will come back to make it right at no additional charge. Our goal is for every customer to feel confident that the job was done correctly and completely. If something does not meet your expectations, we want the chance to fix it before anything else.
To make a satisfaction guarantee claim, contact us at (480) 665-7935 or email twhite@localgaragesolutions.com within 30 days of the original service date. Describe the issue and we will schedule a follow-up visit to inspect and resolve it.
Labor Warranty
All labor performed by Local Garage Solutions is covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of service. This means if a repair or installation fails due to the quality of our work within 12 months, we will return and correct the issue at no charge. This warranty covers the labor and installation methods used by our technicians. It does not cover parts, which are covered separately below.
Parts and Materials Warranty
Parts and materials installed by Local Garage Solutions are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty duration varies by product and manufacturer. Typical coverage includes springs (1 to 5 years depending on type and cycle rating), garage door openers (1 to 5 years depending on manufacturer), garage door panels (limited lifetime on some models, varies by brand), and hardware such as rollers, cables, and hinges (90 days to 1 year depending on manufacturer).
We will provide you with the specific warranty documentation for any parts we install at the time of service. If a manufacturer-warranted part fails within the covered period, contact us and we will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to get it replaced. You may be responsible for labor costs associated with replacing a manufacturer-warranted part if the failure occurs outside our 1-year labor warranty period.
New Garage Door Installation Warranty
New garage doors installed by Local Garage Solutions carry a 1-year labor warranty on the installation. The door itself and the opener are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which we will review with you at the time of installation. Many garage door manufacturers offer warranties ranging from 3 years to a limited lifetime depending on the product line.
What Is Not Covered
Our warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications to the garage door system. They also do not cover normal wear and tear on moving parts like rollers and springs that have exceeded their rated cycle life, damage resulting from power surges, lightning, flooding, or other acts of nature, cosmetic damage such as dents, scratches, or paint fading, and issues caused by improper use of the garage door (forcing a door open, disconnecting safety features, etc.).
Warranty coverage is void if another service provider works on the system after our original service without our knowledge or approval. If you need follow-up work, please contact us first so we can maintain the integrity of the warranty.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Filing a warranty claim is straightforward. Contact us by phone at (480) 665-7935 or by email at twhite@localgaragesolutions.com. Provide your name, service address, the approximate date of the original service, and a description of the issue. We will review our records, confirm warranty eligibility, and schedule a service visit. Most warranty claims are resolved within 5 to 7 business days of the initial contact.
Please retain your original invoice or service receipt. While we keep records of all work performed, having your receipt available speeds up the process.
Commercial Warranty Terms
Commercial garage door services are covered by a 90-day labor warranty unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement. Parts are covered by the manufacturer warranty. Commercial clients with recurring service agreements may have extended warranty terms as outlined in their contract.
General Terms
All warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original customer at the original service address. Local Garage Solutions reserves the right to repair or replace covered components at our discretion. Our total liability under any warranty claim is limited to the original cost of the service or part in question. These warranty terms are effective as of January 2026 and may be updated from time to time. The terms in effect at the time of your service apply to your warranty coverage.
